Attitude of Gratitude: Giving Back with the Boys & Girls Club of Chattanooga

With the year coming to an end and the holidays about to be in full swing, now’s the perfect time to reflect on the preceding months and be thankful for everything that’s transpired in 2025. There’s an entire Thursday dedicated to thankfulness and coming together, but a few weeks beforehand, East at Main is bringing the community together through the power of sustainable furniture. More than just a transactional event, our annual warehouse sale aims to always give back in a big way. Partnering with the Boys & Girls Club of Chattanooga, this sale benefits one of the area’s best non-profits to change lives, warm hearts, and fill homes.

Giving Back Through Sustainable Furniture

East at Main’s annual warehouse sale isn’t just a means for us to sell more furniture. This massive event directly impacts the local community, benefiting Chattanooga’s youth alongside a great non-profit. Each year, East at Main partners with the Chattanooga branch of the Boys & Girls Club, which is well-regarded for empowering local youth with character development, resources, and tutoring to promote academic success. Founded in 1906, the organization has been helping kids for almost 100 years, with the Chattanooga branch starting back in 1969.

With such an important mission and massive impact on the local community, East at Main is humbly honored to be a part of making this footprint even bigger. 50% of the profits from the warehouse sale go directly to the Boys & Girls Club of Chattanooga, and the more profitable it is, the more charitable it is. Paying for these furniture pieces also means paying it forward, making it easier than ever to tangibly give back. Past events have seen a major turnout, and it’s guaranteed to be a day full of a good kind of chaos for a cause that’s even greater. East at Main and Boys & Girls Club employees will all be on-site, putting faces to the event and letting the locals know that each group is more than just a name.

East at Main’s Warehouse Sale Makes Sustainability Mainstream

Beyond benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Chattanooga, East at Main’s 2025 warehouse sale aids in the company’s central premise of sustainable, eco-friendly products. Our furniture uses natural materials such as rattan, acacia, and abaca, embracing organic elements in ways that go further than just having an exotic aesthetic. Sourced from South Asian artisans, these unique and eclectic pieces are classy, elegant, and anything but mass-produced.

Adding one of these distinctive pieces to your home does more than just accentuate an interior. Sourcing our products supports artisans around the world, creating a global community of suppliers and consumers through items made from materials that take from nature without exploiting it. Thus, our warehouse sales present the opportunity to introduce a wider range of consumers to sustainable products, using items that come from thousands of miles away for something that directly influences Chattanooga.

East at Main’s warehouse sale is set for November 7, 2025, and the bigger the crowds, the bigger the savings. Parties of two save 20% on our already incredible deals, and the discounts keep coming the more people are involved in a single group. Ultimately, however, the purpose of saving money is to raise money, and giving back to such a great cause is definitely a great way to look back at all that there is to be grateful for. At East at Main, our interior design isn’t just something that looks pretty, and our company is proof that among all the sustainable materials we use, kindness is always in abundance.
