Shipping & Delivery

Most of our products will ship with FedEx small parcel service. If an oversized item requires special handling or truck service, it will be clearly noted in the product description.

Small Parcel orders will be shipped within 48 hours and any orders placed after 2pm E.T. will be processed the next day. Once shipped, you should expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days. Exact transit times will depend on the shipping address for your order.

Once your order is processed, no changes or cancellation can be made, including any changes to the shipping address.


Backordered Items

We make every effort to update our stock information and provide you with our best estimate of shipping times. In the event an item in your order has become unavailable at the time of shipping, our Customer Service team will contact you for your choice of a replacement item or to cancel your order.


Shipping Rates

Shipping is free for many of our products. For larger items and those needing special handling, extra charges may apply and will be noted in the shopping cart.
We ship to the continental U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii.


Special Handling: Oversized/Fragile Deliveries

For oversized items, we will be using special delivery service and transit times typically take between 7-10 business days. Once your item is ready for delivery, a shipping agent will contact you to schedule a delivery at your convenience. Please note our special handling does not include White Glove delivery services and items will be delivered at the curb of your driveway.

Upon arrival, please inspect your delivery and note any issues on the delivery signature page. Our Customer Service team at is available to help address any concerns.


Damaged Product

At East at Main, products are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. If you find that your shipment does, however, arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours along with photos and any other information you can provide. Since each situation is unique, we will assess the damage and suggest the most helpful and timely way to resolve the issue for you.



We take pride in curating and delivering quality products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We accept returns for unused merchandise with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be done via your own preferred carrier at your own expense. Please ensure that the item for return is adequately packaged, as we are not responsible for any damage resulting from poor packaging. 

After we receive the returned merchandise to our warehouse and determine it to be in resaleable condition, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling which are non-refundable. If the reason for the return can be addressed via an alternate method, we may offer an eco-friendlier solution. Please contact for assistance.
