Orders and Shipping

Can I expedite my order?

No problem! Simply select a faster shipping method when you are checking out.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for many of our products with the exception of large items where special handling charges will apply. Products requiring special handling charges will be noted in your cart.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, no changes or cancellation can be made to the order (including change in shipping address).

How long is the wait if an item is out of stock?

Because many of our items are handmade, wait time can vary. Please reach out to our customer service team to find out the item specific wait time.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Our design team hand selects our product assortment; therefore, we are confident you will love each piece you choose and why we offer free standard home delivery. However, in the rare case that you don't, our return policy is 30 days provided you pay for return shipping. We understand that shipping costs can be expensive, but would like to continue providing our customers with this service. Please read our full return policy for more information.

What should I expect from a EAM product?

Our products are made from natural materials so some variation is to be expected from piece to piece.

How do I clean my East at Main pieces?

With a damp or dry cloth.  Since our furniture is made from natural materials, natural oils (combined with a little bit of elbow grease) also work well to take out minor scratches and blemishes.
