Find the studs, or use a hollow wall anchor rated above the mirror's weight, which is the step most people skip. Hang the centre of the glass at eye level, roughly 57 to 60 inches from the floor. Anything wider than 24 inches wants two fixing points so it cannot rotate. A bone mirror set in resin is heavier than its size suggests, so weigh before you choose the fixing.
Let it be the only large object on that wall. Anything you add should be smaller and lower, so the eye still lands on the mirror first.
