Poor Communication

I ordered a headboard from your company because the delivery time worked to have it before an event at my home. I did NOT get it in time. I emailed several times asking about it and it was not shipped in time. Also, I had to search the internet to find your phone number which caused me to doubt your validity. I’m not impressed and don’t think I will order from you again. Very sad to say this.

I love it! The shade of blue is lovely and matches the online appearance. It seems to be well-constructed and comes with the necessary hardware to attach to the bed frame.

Beautiful, sturdy, well packaged. Very satisfied with how well it looks in the room. The headboard didn’t fit the queen frame. It was a few inches off we had to drill holes. It’s beautiful but the fit being off was disappointing.

In person, it's truly beautiful!

It looks great in the space, but it didn't attach to the bedframe. Fortunately, we managed to affix it to the wall using command strips, and it works perfectly.
